And the Award goes to...

This is our last day of our internship at seventeen We have enjoyed ourselves here and we are more fabulous than when we went in. To honour people who made my time here as memorable as it has been, I felt it worthy to give a few awards.

In that spirit…

The award for the best sense of humour goes to…
Charne – She is that girl that always makes you laugh, but doesn’t know it.

Earliest girl at work...
Carmen – interns have to report to work at 10am...this girl has been coming to work at 9:25 for 4 days in a row. Don’t believe me; check the register at the office.

The Lunchtime award
Carmen – She is our lunch bell. She never fails to remind us that it’s lunch time.

The “Stripes, flowers and lace” fashion award –
Chanel – The fashion intern that dresses the part, like Khwezi said at the farewell party, with a name like Chanel, what else can she do?

The Flawless make-up award goes to...
Belinda – She is always on point with her make-up.

The storyteller award-
Thabz – The girl is a rock star at lunch time. She’ll have us asking- who? What? Where? With the stories she has to tell.

The most enchanting smile...
Juanita – If you forget everything else about this week, you will remember her smile.

The Editors award
Belinda – One day is one day. This girl was made for what she wants to do - I mean, just look at her!



Well there you have it... to the lovely ladies I got to meet this week, may our paths cross again soon, and may there be stripes, lace and lots of make-up LOL!
